Lowy Residence Remodel – Boca Raton, FL

Our Boca Chase client wanted to remove a load bearing wall to create an open floor plan. Once the temporary shoring was in place and the wall was removed, a large I-beam was hoisted in place. The entire first floor was repainted and new porcelain plank tiles were installed. The ship-lap siding accent wall with TV and fireplace was the final touch.
